Return Policy
Please be sure to read this policy in its entirety.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Before completing your order, we encourage you to review all product descriptions, sizing guides, photos, and specifications carefully. Our team works hard to ensure every listing is accurate and representative of the actual product you will receive.
Exceptions - Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at service@ubuyem.com within 24 hours, if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask for photos of damaged items and packaging in order to file a claim with the carrier.
We reserve the right to assess each claim individually and offer a resolution at our discretion, which may include a replacement, or a refund depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your claim, please contact us at service@ubuyem.com
Cancellation Policy Please note that once you have placed an order, we do our best to fulfill the orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel an order once you have placed the order.
